    Supply Strategy Senior Manager

    What you’ll do

    • Build Supply Present Forward and Future Back strategies
    • Translate enterprise ambitions into clear supply choices and investment priorities
    • Integrate category, market and functional strategies into a single supply narrative
    • Support Scotch strategy development and broader category strategy work
    • Contribute to AOP, ASC and long-term supply planning

    Supply Strategy Senior Manager – Pack/Price

    About the role

    We’re building a new Supply Strategy capability at Diageo, and this role leads the pack/price architecture agenda within it. As Supply Strategy Senior Manager – Pack/Price, you’ll connect consumer demand, commercial priorities and supply chain economics to define pack/price strategies that drive growth and margin across our global portfolio.

    This capability doesn’t exist in Supply today - you will establish it. You’ll act as the supply-side counterpart to our RGM teams, shaping how Diageo designs formats, sizes, price ladders and margin structures for the future. It’s a high-impact role at the intersection of commercial strategy, consumer insight and operational reality.

    What you’ll do

    • Define optimal pack/price architectures that balance growth, margin and capacity
    • Build detailed SKU-level models linking consumer value, cost, and supply capability
    • Partner with Commercial, RGM and Category teams to embed pack/price thinking into activation and pricing decisions
    • Identify gaps in Diageo’s pack/price ladder and shape future-back strategies to close them
    • Connect pack/price choices to long-term capacity, footprint and network design
    • Assess investment trade-offs (formats, pack sizes, make/buy, new capabilities)

    What you’ll bring

    • Extensive experience in RGM, supply strategy, pricing/pack architecture, or commercial–supply interface roles
    • Strong analytical skills linking consumer insight, margin, and operational data
    • Experience with pack/format innovation in FMCG or beverages
    • Ability to collaborate across marketing, finance, commercial, and supply
    • Clear communicator with strong decision-making capability

    Supply Strategy Analyst – Enterprise

    About the role

    We’re building a new Supply Strategy capability at Diageo, and this role provides the analytical engine behind it. As Supply Strategy Analyst, you’ll deliver advanced analytics, modelling, market insight and high-quality communication that shape long-term supply strategy and influence senior decision-makers.

    This is a role for someone who loves connecting dots. You’ll work across demand, supply, commercial, finance, and corporate strategy to spot trends, test scenarios, and translate complexity into simple, powerful insight. You’ll help the Enterprise Strategy lead build a joined-up view of the future - from big shifts in market dynamics to the capacity choices we need to make today.

    What you’ll do

    • Build models to forecast supply/demand trends and test scenarios
    • Apply S-curve, foresight and sensitivity analysis to inform investment choices
    • Track market signals, competitor moves and disruptive risks
    • Turn complex data into clear, executive-ready materials
    • Support communications for Supply Strategy across leadership forums
    • Provide analytical input to Planning & Logistics strategy

    What you’ll bring

    • Background in analytics, FP&A, data strategy or consulting
    • Strong modelling capability (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, statistical tools)
    • Ability to simplify complexity and craft compelling narratives
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Structured thinker with strong analytical judgement
