    • Reporting directly to the Global Artwork & Strategic Project Manager, you’ll sit within our Global Brand Change & Innovation (BC&I) Operations Team, part of the Global Technical function in Supply Chain & Procurement.
    • As an Artwork Project Coordinator within the Global Delivery & Improve team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and delivery of compliant artwork for Brand Change projects. You’ll ensure artwork is delivered right first time - meeting customer briefs with excellence in quality, cost and timing - while also supporting and leading elements of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Global Plan.
    • This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where organisation, communication and a solutions-focused mindset are key.

    What you’ll be responsible for:

    Delivering compliant artwork

    • Supporting the end-to-end execution of artwork for Brand Change projects.
    • Ensuring all processes and critical controls are followed to deliver fully approved, compliant artwork.
    • Managing timelines carefully to meet, and where possible exceed, agreed deadlines.
    • Escalating risks and managing expectations proactively.

    Stakeholder communication & project support

    • Communicating effectively across a variety of media (email, Teams/Zoom, project platforms).
    • Building strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
    • Clearly highlighting risks, timing impacts and updates to the Project Manager.
    • Communicating challenges constructively and positively, always focused on solutions.

    Team collaboration

    • Working closely with fellow Artwork Coordinators to share knowledge and support one another.
    • Contributing to a positive, open and honest team culture.
    • Flagging issues early and not hesitating to ask for support when needed.
    • Creating productive working relationships across cross-functional project teams.

    Organisation & attention to detail

    • Managing multiple priorities with excellent housekeeping and structured planning.
    • Maintaining outstanding attention to detail across all artwork deliverables.
    • Prioritising your own workload effectively in a dynamic environment.

    Systems & process management
You’ll be confident navigating and utilising systems such as:

    • Planview and Project Place
    • Mosaic
    • EQMS
    • Outlook
    • DCH
    • Other internal systems as required

    Continuous Improvement & development

    • Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and ways of working.
    • Attending workshops and improvement forums.
    • Supporting training activities as a Super User for new applications or systems when required.
    • Taking ownership of your own development and being open to constructive feedback.

    About You

    • Able to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
    • Accountable for your workload, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments.
