    Digital Employee Engagement Partner

    About the role

    This role sits in the Global Employee Engagement team and is responsible for the quality and performance of our core global employee channels. You will manage and optimise our primary platforms - including SharePoint and Viva Engage - ensuring they are clear, current and aligned to business priorities. You will lead the global content calendar and news grid, bringing structure and discipline to what we publish and when. That includes maintaining strong governance and ensuring a consistent drumbeat of communication that reflects what matters most to the business. This is a hands-on role. You will manage day-to-day channel performance while continuously improving the experience through data, insight and digital best practice. Success in this role means our people can quickly find what matters, understand what’s changing and engage with the business in a meaningful way.

    Key Responsibilities

    Channel Ownership & Governance

    • Manage Diageo’s core global digital channels including SharePoint, Viva Engage and Poppulo
    • Ensure content is relevant, high quality and aligned to business priorities
    • Lead the global content calendar and news grid, providing clear governance and coordination across channels
    • Maintain publishing standards, workflows and moderation to protect quality and consistency

    Content & Campaign Delivery

    • Create and curate globally relevant content aligned to our strategy and performance priorities
    • Activate major business moments across internal channels, including financial results and key engagement events
    • Advise leaders and teams on channel use and message clarity
    • Write, edit and produce high-quality written and multimedia content
    • Encourage and amplify strong employee-generated content

    Adoption, Best Practice & Experience

    • Drive sustained adoption of internal digital and social platforms
    • Champion accessibility, user experience and strong content design
    • Build and maintain intuitive SharePoint environments with clear information architecture

    Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement

    • Develop and maintain channel analytics, dashboards and monthly reporting
    • Use insight to improve content quality, reach and engagement
    • Stay current on digital trends and recommend practical enhancements

    Stakeholder & Partner Management

    • Partner with Technology teams to maintain stable, high-performing platforms
    • Manage external partners including Microsoft and digital agencies
    • Scope and deliver digital projects from onboarding through implementation and optimisation

    About You

    • Proven experience managing global internal digital channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage; experience with Microsoft 365 tools strongly preferred
    • Demonstrable track record in internal communications, digital content strategy and channel optimization
    • Strong data literacy, with experience building reports, dashboards and scorecards to measure performance and inform decisions
    • Excellent understanding of digital governance, content workflows and stakeholder management
    • Strong grasp of digital accessibility standards and user experience principles
    • Confident content creator with the ability to write, edit and produce multimedia assets to a high standard
    • Strong external antenna for content trends and storytelling formats that drive reach and impact
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge

    Brand Change & Innovation Digital Project Manager

    About the Role 

    The Brand Change and Innovation Digital Project Manager sits within our Global Brand Change & Innovation (BC&I) Operations Team in the Global Technical Function of Supply Chain & Procurement. This role is central to transforming how we work, using digital solutions to simplify manual processes, enhance efficiency and improve business Key Performance Metrics. 

    The mission of the role is to scope, lead, embed and measure digitally-led process enhancements across BC&I, ensuring that every solution delivers scalable value and measurable impact. You will drive innovation, uncover opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and embed smart, data-driven ways of working. 

    Key Responsibilities will include: 

    Digital Innovation & Pipeline Leadership 

    • Identify and shape opportunities for digitally-enabled process improvements, building a strong pipeline that drives efficiency, accuracy, and improved Right First Time (RFT%) performance. 
    • Lead ideation of new tools and capabilities, evaluating emerging technologies such as AI agents, automation, and advanced analytics to unlock new ways of working. 
    • Build compelling business cases for automation, partnering with stakeholders to prioritise and sequence delivery based on value and feasibility. 

    Process Automation & Solution Delivery 

    • Deliver end-to-end automation solutions, focusing on eliminating repetitive tasks and improving accuracy. 
    • Oversee digital project execution from scoping to deployment, ensuring solutions are intuitive, stable, and embedded effectively. 

    Data-Driven Performance & Insight 

    • Lead the development and interpretation of data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve KPIs. 
    • Establish measurement frameworks to track success and enable continuous optimisation. 

    Systems Architecture & Collaboration 

    • Shape system architecture and process design in partnership with D&T EA teams and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader platforms such as Voyager and Michaelangelo. 
    • Act as the key digital interface across BC&I, gathering requirements, sharing best practice, and ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant. 

    Embedding Change & Continuous Improvement 

    • Drive adoption of new tools and technologies, supporting teams with training and engagement throughout implementation. 
    • Continuously refine digital solutions based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving technology opportunities.

    About You 

    We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy professional passionate about using technology and data to transform how teams work, simplify and streamline processes, save time and enable more data-driven decisions. 

    Ideally, you will experience/knowledge with the following: 

    • SME in Digital AI Tools, Automation, Excel and Power Platform (Power Apps & Power BI), with strong digital literacy 
    • Experienced in coaching and upskilling teams to increase data competency and embed smart, data-driven ways of working 
    • Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement, building business cases and delivering scalable automation solutions 
    • Proficient in leading end-to-end digital projects, from scoping and ideation to deployment and continuous optimisation 
    • Strong in data interpretation, KPI dashboards and generating actionable business insights to drive performance improvement 
    • Experienced in process data mapping, root cause analysis and ensuring data accuracy and validation

    Customer Marketing Manager

    Role Summary

    The Customer Marketing Manager for Ron Santiago de Cuba will play a pivotal role in developing and executing customer‑focused marketing plans that accelerate brand performance across the GB market. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, customer activation, and commercial execution—ensuring that RSdC shines across priority channels, key retail partners, and the on‑trade.

    You will be the go-to expert on how the brand shows up in‑customer, driving visibility, conversion, and advocacy while supporting the commercial team with best‑in-class materials, insights, and activations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Activation & Channel Strategy

    • Translate the Ron Santiago de Cuba brand strategy into powerful customer marketing plans for GB retail and on‑trade.
    • Develop tailored activation toolkits for key customers, ensuring seamless execution at point of purchase.
    • Partner with commercial managers to build joint business plans that strengthen distribution, visibility, and rate of sale.

    Trade Marketing & POS Development

    • Own the creation, production, and deployment of RSdC point‑of‑sale materials across priority channels.
    • Ensure all trade assets reflect the brand world, premium positioning, and tone of voice.
    • Manage the POS budget efficiently and track ROI of all trade marketing investments.

    Commercial Support

    • Provide the sales team with compelling sell‑in stories, decks, shopper insights, and activation toolkits.

    • Track performance across key customers, identifying growth opportunities and tactical levers.

    Brand Execution Excellence

    Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with brand marketing, commercial, finance, supply chain, and global brand partners.
    • Build strong relationships with external agencies (creative, POS, activation, shopper marketing).

    About You:

    Essential

    • Experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, shopper marketing, or commercial roles (ideally within FMCG or drinks).
    • Strong understanding of retail and on‑trade environments.
    • Ability to translate brand strategy into customer‑specific activation plans.
    • Great project management and organisational skills.

    Artwork Project Coordinator

    About the Role

    • We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-driven Artwork Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is based at our International Supply Technical Centre in Menstrie, with flexibility for candidates located within commuting distance of Menstrie, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
    • Reporting directly to the Global Artwork & Strategic Project Manager, you’ll sit within our Global Brand Change & Innovation (BC&I) Operations Team, part of the Global Technical function in Supply Chain & Procurement.
    • As an Artwork Project Coordinator within the Global Delivery & Improve team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and delivery of compliant artwork for Brand Change projects. You’ll ensure artwork is delivered right first time - meeting customer briefs with excellence in quality, cost and timing - while also supporting and leading elements of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Global Plan.
    • This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where organisation, communication and a solutions-focused mindset are key.

    What you’ll be responsible for:

    Delivering compliant artwork

    • Supporting the end-to-end execution of artwork for Brand Change projects.
    • Ensuring all processes and critical controls are followed to deliver fully approved, compliant artwork.
