Associate, Digital Product Operations at American Express

How will you make an impact in this role?

• This role will be responsible for leading certification efforts to ensure customers can successfully connect to and complete specification compliant transactions on the American Express Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and new to American Express partners, which requires excellent communication skills and professionalism. Owning and facilitating solutions as well as consultancy on certification challenges. Accountable for managing internal teams to support our customer needs. Managing initiatives (new products, capabilities and regulatory requirements) which impact the certification processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with various business units
• Project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical details to non-technical business partners
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage escalations
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage the completion of tasks
• Strong will to win and able to work as part of a team
• Knowledge and experience of payment industry, card and mobile payment products and transaction processing
