Cook at TT’s Breakfast

TT’s Breakfast is a bold and exciting fast-casual restaurant dedicated to serving authentic Nigerian breakfast in a vibrant, modern setting. As the first Nigerian breakfast spots of its kind in the UK, we’re building something fresh, fast, and full of flavour!

We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Cook with strong experience preparing Nigerian meals in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll be working closely with our small team to deliver consistent, high-quality food while maintaining excellent hygiene standards and kitchen organisation.

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience cooking Nigerian meals in a kitchen or restaurant setting
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Passion for food, especially cooking with flavour and care
• Strong attention to detail, especially with portioning and presentation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Fast, clean, and organised work style
• Understanding of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and proper storage
• Legal right to work in the UK (no cash-in-hand arrangements)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a commercial or fast-casual kitchen
• Food safety or allergen awareness training (Level 2 or above)
• Comfortable working in a small team with high energy
• Interest in growing with a new and ambitious food business

This is a part-time role so you must be flexible to pick up shifts. Evening prep shifts may also become available.

Priority will be given to those with Level 2 Food Safety Certificates and demonstrable experience.
