Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join The Aubrey team.

As a Demi Chef de Partie at The Aubrey, you will be responsible for:

• To ensure the proper handling of all food items in accordance with health and hygiene procedures
• To co-ordinate all the team members, ensuring they perform well and cohesively
• To check and supervise all aspects of the kitchen
• To work closely with other chefs on all day to day matters
• To participate in receiving and checking incoming goods.

• As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
• To be a successful Demi Chef de Partie candidate, you will have previous kitchen experience, ideally within a Luxury Hotel or Japanese restaurant environment.
