    Field Sales Development Manager

    The purpose of Field Sales Development Manager is to deliver the Annual Field performance goals working with & through your team.  Responsible for the management & support of a team of Sales Development Executives (SDE's) you will build their skill base through coaching & training. Maintaining a strong contact across other FSDM's to develop best practice across the Field Sales Teams while working closely with Activation and Reporting colleagues to deliver against agreed KPI's.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Deliver agreed Regional KPI's & activity targets through SDE direct reports.
    • Conduct coaching & development of SDE direct reports to ensure continuous improvement and to build motivation & engagement.
    • Create & foster a high performing team.
    • Be an active and vocal member of the Divisional Management team.
    • Work cross functionally to define objectives & best for business solutions.
    • Work with Divisional BDE to maximise delivery of KPI's in your region.
    • Ensure best in class systems and processes are in place and that direct reports are able to manage the day to day sales operations by using these systems deliver the business targets.
    • Plan, run and contribute to Regional Manager contact meetings.

    More about this role

    • Travel requirements: Every month you will travel within the sales geography for meetings with clients and the team you will be managing.
    • For this role you need to be located in below areas:  LA18 up to KA30 & EH48 further north to Stranraer DG9 and across to NE19, NE48, NE4 & NE16, TD9
