We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Commercial Partnerships to lead and transform our commercial strategy at Manchester City Womens Football Club.
This is a senior leadership role, sitting within the Women’s Leadership Team, with ownership of partnership sales, partnership marketing and the commercialisation of tours and tournaments. You will play a central role in driving sustainable revenue growth, building a best-in-class partner portfolio and elevating the Club’s commercial profile on a global stage.
You’ll lead from the front on identifying new business opportunities, securing and closing high-value partnerships across global, regional and domestic markets. Working with your team, you’ll shape compelling commercial propositions, bringing creativity to how we package rights, tell our story and engage partners.
Alongside driving new revenue, you’ll oversee the delivery of world-class partnership activations, ensuring partners see real value, strong ROI and long-term impact. You’ll build trusted, senior relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Manchester City Women as a premium commercial property in global sport.
A key part of the role will also be leading the commercial strategy for tours, international fixtures and tournaments unlocking new markets, securing partners and delivering integrated commercial models that drive both revenue and brand growth.
Working closely with City Football Group’s central teams, you’ll leverage the scale of the wider organisation to unlock new opportunities, while championing the growth, value and future of the women’s game.

What we are looking for
You’ll bring a proven track record in partnership sales, with a history of delivering significant revenue growth and closing high-value, complex deals.
You have experience leading commercial teams within sport, media or entertainment, and know how to build high-performing, results-driven environments.
You’re both strategic and hands-on able to set direction while driving execution and delivering against ambitious targets.
You’re a natural relationship builder, confident influencing senior stakeholders and creating long-term, value-driven partnerships.
You bring a strong commercial mindset, with the creativity to innovate and the discipline to deliver measurable results.
Experience in tours, events or international market commercialisation would be an advantage.
Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for women’s sport and a belief in its commercial potential.
