We are looking for someone with senior hands-on operational experience, particularly in UK employee relations and employment law, to drive excellence across critical HR functions.

Your expertise will help shape a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing organisational culture.

This position comes with excellent benefits including generous pension contributions, private medical options, health cash plans, life assurance, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. What You’ll Do:

    • Partner with senior leadership to deliver high-impact HR strategies and transformation projects.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as policy harmonisation and process redesigns.
    • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency across HR functions.
    • Act as the subject matter expert for complex UK employee relations cases, providing guidance on employment law and best practices.
    • Support managers through performance management cycles and talent reviews using tools like the 9-box grid.
    • Provide hands-on support for recruitment coordination, onboarding planning, people metrics analysis, and organisational reviews as needed.
    • Ensure alignment with UK employment legislation while contributing to broader EU HR initiatives.

    What You Bring:

    • Proven experience in HR at a senior level with strong operational expertise in UK employee relations (ER) and employment law.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex ER cases independently while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
    • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
    • Expertise in performance management cycles, governance frameworks, and talent review processes within international settings.
    • CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred; exposure to EU HR environments is advantageous.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to prepare impactful materials for senior audiences.
    • A collaborative mindset with adaptability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Life assurance at four times your salary post-probation.
    • Comprehensive health benefits including private medical coverage and health screening schemes.
    • An inclusive culture focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth opportunities
