The company has a small but capable marketing and product team in place (2x Product Managers and a Content Writer) and they’re looking for a leader to bring structure, strategy, and measurable impact across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build a 3–5 year marketing strategy and create a scalable operating model
- Align marketing, product, and sales to drive measurable pipeline growth
- Lead demand generation, digital marketing, brand, and communications across international markets
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, creating clear KPIs and attribution models
- Bring structure to a growing, acquisitive business while staying hands-on when needed
Candidate criteria:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with long sales cycles and regional GTM ownership

Tier 1 investment bank looking for a Derivatives Lawyer for a period of up to 12 months. Please note the standard working pattern for this role is 5 days per week in the office
The postholder will be provide broad advisory coverage on structured and flow equity derivatives and structured equity margin loans. Responsibilities will include the coverage of the Corporate Equity Derivatives desk within the Global Capital Markets division and bespoke structured equity derivative transactions and flow equity derivatives within the Institutional Equity Division. Coverage includes supporting teams across the business including regulatory advice to the Sales, Trading and Structuring teams with respect to the trade documentation and structuring issues.
The day-to-day remit includes:
- Advising different functions within the Firm, including Sales, Trading and Risk Management on legal and regulatory risks associated with equity derivative transactions, with particular attention to transactions with corporates
- Instruct and managing external counsel
- Negotiating derivative transaction documentation, including share buybacks and margin loan agreements (either directly or with the support of external counsel)
- Advising on regulatory and reputational issues and on EU and UK regulations, including margin rules and disclosure rules
- The ideal candidate would be a qualified lawyer (expected to be 4 PQE or above but we will consider any candidates regardless of actual PQE) and have solid grounding in English security and contract law and have OTC derivatives experience. Additional relevant experience may also include: prime brokerage, equity capital markets, corporate law, banking law and relevant financial regulation.
