As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive our people strategy, deliver exceptional HR support, and champion a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Partner with leaders across functions to provide expert guidance on HR policy, employment law, and best practices.
Coach and support managers on all aspects of HR — from performance and absence management to disciplinary processes and employee relations.
Own the HR lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution of key HR processes, documentation, and approvals from onboarding to offboarding.
Lead change initiatives, contributing to transformational projects and organizational development efforts.
Deliver training & development sessions, empowering managers with essential leadership and HR skills.
Act as a subject matter expert on local employment law for the UK and Ireland.
Leverage data and insights to support smart, commercial HR decision-making.
Mentor and develop junior HR team members to build future capability.
Qualifications
You will have:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Minimum of four years’ HR related job experience which will include a minimum of two years in an HR management role.
Deep knowledge of UK employment legislation (Ireland is a bonus)
Skilled in managing ER cases, performance issues, and policy implementation
Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for people
A recognised accreditation in HR is preferred but not essential.
