To lead and manage activities and resource in relation to product inventory and integrity.
To liaise with Stock and Admin team to ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of key KPIs for both the warehousing and co-packing activities for Mars on site.
To lead the governance of the Quality Management System for the Mars warehouse operation and work closely with the Quality Manager who will lead the QMS for the site.
To work closely with site operational managers to develop inventory strategy and working practices.
Management experience within a warehouse environment.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Previous experience of working within a warehousing environment, preferably within a food distribution or manufacturing environment.
Previous experience of Managing and Maintaining complex multi system book to book reconciliations
Previous experience of building, developing and coaching a new team
Experience of HACCP planning or working in a HACCP environment is advantageous but not essential
