    HSE Business Partner

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Lead and manage the safety strategy across the BACC contract at Heathrow Airport.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including the implementation of the new Ground Handling Regulations.
    • Support and implement our Safety Management System (SMS), driving standardization and consistency across the BACC location.

    Inventory & Systems Controller

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • To lead and manage activities and resource in relation to product inventory and integrity.
    • To liaise with Stock and Admin team to ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of key KPIs for both the warehousing and co-packing activities for Mars on site.
    • To lead the governance of the Quality Management System for the Mars warehouse operation and work closely with the Quality Manager who will lead the QMS for the site.
    • To work closely with site operational managers to develop inventory strategy and working practices.
    • Management experience within a warehouse environment.

    THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

    • Previous experience of working within a warehousing environment, preferably within a food distribution or manufacturing environment.
    • Previous experience of Managing and Maintaining complex multi system book to book reconciliations
    • Previous experience of building, developing and coaching a new team
    • Experience of HACCP planning or working in a HACCP environment is advantageous but not essential
    • Demonstrable record of delivering against targets
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

    HR Advisor

    WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

    • Support the HRBP/ site leaders to deliver the strategic business & HR plan, and support managers to develop people management capabilities
    • Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites
    • Provide HR support to contribute to the overall success of the HR agenda in delivering a proactive and customer-focused HR service by providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a wide variety of HR matters, such as employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and the delivery of key projects
    • Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with current and proposed employment legislation and local arrangements, to ensure consistency, accuracy and best practice
    • Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management, including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements
    • Support the management of employee cases relating to disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence. This includes providing advice to managers on policy/procedure and legislation, support managers with Occupational Health, supporting formal investigations and hearings.
    • Work in collaboration with managers on managing sickness, managing redeployment where appropriate, assisting colleagues back to work and working with managers to reduce sickness absence across the organisation.
    • Provide accurate and timely data to the HRBP and managers to successfully deliver HR processes

    Senior IT Director - Aviation and Travel

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Strategic Leadership: of the Aviation and Travel IT function, aligning with the organisation's objectives.
    • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the IT team and lead, mentor, and develop IT staff.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate senior management and customers to identify technology needs and solutions that support business objectives
    • Project governance: Oversee major IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Experience in multi-site, multi-customer contract logistics, delivering complex, highly demanding IT services across diverse operations with high degrees of continuous improvement.
    • Specific Aviation & Travel industry experience would be highly desirable in the role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and internally, customer and vendors.
    • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
    • Demonstrable experience managing demand for IT change, prioritising and aligning to business and IT objectives, engagement of stakeholders and partners and business case development.
    • Excellent portfolio governance skills and experience with project management methodologies.
    • Demonstrable experience supporting business development, leadership of the IT elements of tenders for new and innovative services
    • Strong understanding of IT product management and software development, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
    • Experience in budget management and financial planning.
    • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

    • Manage sourcing of stock and materials to meet KPIs and align with the production plan
