As a Junior People Business Partner, you will report into the Head of HR and work closely with our People Business Partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience across Red Bull UK. You’ll support day-to-day People operations while building the capabilities and confidence to grow into a trusted advisor. • Previous experience in a generalist HR, HR coordinator, or junior business partnering role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’re confident working with people at all levels.

• Familiarity with HR systems and data handling.
• Understanding of employment law principles and HR best practice.
