Operations Coordinator at Nokia

Your responsibilities

• Supports coordination of customer order intake
• Supports coordination of customer invoices
• Manages ordering of products (HW, SW, Services)
• Triggers task creation for transactions (purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, order management operations and monitoring timely completion)
• Supports coordination of the procurement execution: captures the demand, purchase, goods receipt and verifies invoices
• Supports coordination of the distribution execution: plans transportation, verifies freight cost and invoice, coordinates transport
• May provide informal guidance and support to colleagues

You have:

• Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to remain calm and deal effectively with situations beyond your control
• Ability to prioritize and balance conflicting demands
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail

It would be nice if you also had:

• Excel at minimum intermediate level
• Have an interest in technology

• Experience/knowledge of inventory control/warehouse operations
