    Operations Coordinator

    Your responsibilities

    • Supports coordination of customer order intake
    • Supports coordination of customer invoices
    • Manages ordering of products (HW, SW, Services)
    • Triggers task creation for transactions (purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, order management operations and monitoring timely completion)
    • Supports coordination of the procurement execution: captures the demand, purchase, goods receipt and verifies invoices
    • Supports coordination of the distribution execution: plans transportation, verifies freight cost and invoice, coordinates transport
    • May provide informal guidance and support to colleagues

    Datacenter Fabric Sales Engineer

    Your responsibilities

    • Customer Engagement: Lead architectural discussions with customers, focusing on Nokia’s datacenter fabric solution, integration and automation aspects and addressing their specific needs.
    • Technical Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of datacenter network fabric architecture, network automation tools and follow trends such as fabrics for AI, EVPN overlay technologies.
    • Sales Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the Sales Team (account managers) to effectively position and demonstrate the value of Nokia’s DCF solutions.
    • Product Demonstrations: Lead product demonstrations that highlight the unique aspects of Nokia’s DCF offerings, showcasing industry-leading features.
    • Opportunity development: Detect customer opportunities, coordinate sales and technical engagements by involving the relevant consultancy and engineering teams, and follow-through towards commercial offer creation and efficient progression towards project handover.
    • Market Engagement: Represent Nokia at conferences and industry events, engaging with potential customers, staying abreast of market trends, and showcasing Nokia’s products in a public setting.
    • Strategy Development: Capture strategic evolutions in the market, influence product developments, develop competitive knowledge and associated attack plans 

    Your skills and experience

    • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of data center protocols, network automation tools, and technologies such as BGP, EVPN, MPLS, Peering, SDN, and virtualization. Operational experience with Linux, DevOps tools (git, Ansible, Python) familiarty with cloud native and Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, Git), and networking OS (e.g., Nokia, Arista, Juniper, Cisco) is highly preferred.
    • Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • People Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization, from technical teams to executive leadership. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and influence decision-makers are essential for success in this role.
    • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in IP networking, with a strong background in selling and positioning datacenter networking equipment or associated technology. Proven experience in navigating complex enterprise organizations and introducing new products into the market.
    • Work Environment: This role involves frequent customer-facing interactions, either over conference call or on site, thus requiring the ability to travel and adapt to a variety of customer needs.

    • Good understanding of 5G FR1 NSA/SA, 5G FR2, and LTE architecture
    • Knowledge of Nokia RRM, features, and parameters
    • Experience with TCP packet analysis using Wireshark or similar tools
    • Ability to analyze Nokia internal syslogs and eNB/gNB logs
    • Understanding of Benchmarking methodologies
    • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to ever-changing market requirements
    • Demonstrated experience with 5G & LTE End-to-End optimization projects

    It would be nice if you also had:

    • Ability to analyze EMIL, TTI Traces for quick troubleshooting and R&D analysis, along with exposure to logging tools (QXDM, XCAL, or equivalent)
    • Strong understanding of National Benchmarking (Umlaut, ARCEP) methodology and comfort with tools like ATOLL, RNP9955, ACTIX, NEMO, & LTE PAT
    • Nokia Certified Solutions Specialist in Network Performance Services - 5G Radio Network Optimization, coupled with Nokia ORAN/VRAN experience
    • Multivendor (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE) to Nokia swap experience, including KPI and Feature mapping

    Market Europe BA Sales Lead

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop CxO relationships with key customers and maintain a cadence of executive engagements with customers and Nokia stakeholders.   
    • Build, nurture a virtual and vertically integrated community comprising specialist sales, pre-sales that will position Application solution value propositions clearly articulating business benefits and ROI. Ensure that the best practices are shared across the market to drive efficiencies at all levels.  
    • Potentially partner with hyperscalers and ISV’s to extend go-to-market and sales efforts 
    • Assist specialist sales teams in identifying, nurturing and closure of large deals. 
    • Track the progress of the top deals and provide thought leadership and guidance for closure of these deals. 
    • Unblock any internal/external issues to close these deals. Identify risks to the deals on an ongoing basis and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns
    • Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA SELL and CNS processes. 
    • Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner. 
    • Travel to attend sales meetings and related business activities (up to 3-4 days per week). 

    Your skills and experience

    • 15-18 years of proven sales experience in a software technology company selling to communications industry service providers preferred; experience in selling  solutions to CSPs and enterprises is a must. 
    • Understanding of communications software, with prior experience positioning and selling solutions. 
    • Ability to build trusted customer CxO relationships.   
    • Solid business acumen with an understanding of complex business matters and customer needs. 
    • Ability to understand the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e., consultative sales approach for selling solutions).   
    • Ability to bring cross-functional teams together in support of selling and revenue realization efforts. 
    • Demonstrate the ability to close large and complex deals >2M euros. 
    • Experience managing at least >50M euros of annual target (quota) with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 
    • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
