Operations Support Manager at DHL

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Support daily operations by coordinating logistics activities and ensuring smooth warehouse and transport functions.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across safety, service, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Strong systems knowledge, including Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Proven management experience, ideally within a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment.
• Solid background in transport operations, with a clear understanding of compliance and efficiency.
• Confident in dealing with both customers and site teams, maintaining strong working relationships.
• Transport CPC qualification is desirable but not essential.
