At Reckitt, our Procurement Graduate Trainee Program is designed to accelerate your growth and empower you to make a real impact. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn, innovate, and lead within a dynamic global organization, setting the foundation for a successful career in procurement.

As part of our global procurement team - an integral driver of business performance - you will contribute to shaping business strategies and influencing decisions that enable Reckitt’s brands to thrive. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Manufacturing, HR, Logistics, and Finance to deliver value beyond cost, supporting initiatives that enhance sustainability, digital transformation, and supplier innovation.

Your experience will include exposure to:

    • Strategic Category Development – Supporting the creation and execution of sourcing strategies that align with business priorities including spend analysis, supplier segmentation and category planning
    • Supplier Partnership & Innovation – Engaging with external partners to negotiate pricing, negotiate contracts, unlock new opportunities, foster collaboration, and drive competitive advantage and sustainability.
    • Risk & Market Analysis – Leveraging market intelligence and supplier risk assessments to anticipate trends and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
    • Performance & Value Delivery – Contributing to projects that optimize total cost of ownership, track KPIs, and deliver measurable impact through continuous improvement and value creation.
    • Throughout the program, you’ll be guided by experienced leaders and mentors, gaining hands-on experience while building relationships with key stakeholders. This is more than a traineeship, it’s a platform to shape the future of procurement and help deliver Reckitt’s ambition for growth and sustainability.

You will succeed because you are:

    • Curious and collaborative: You are curious by nature. You understand, question and challenge ideas constructively to bring out the best in others whilst fostering teamwork.
    • Analytically and academically strong: You have a solid educational framework and excel at critical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ambitious and motivated: You’re eager to take on responsibility in an entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire for career growth and openness to international opportunities.
    • Action-orientated and resilient: You approach challenges pragmatically, stay positive under pressure, and look for creative, out-of-the-box solutions when faced with obstacles.
    • Adaptable and mobile: You’re open to travel when required and flexible in managing changing priorities.
    • Results-focused and values-driven: In line with Reckitt’s core values, you thrive in a fast-paced, direct environment and remain committed to achieving excellence.
