Program Management Lead at Citi

Role Overview:

• The role we are recruiting for is a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role, based in Belfast, aligned to the Equities business. You will be part of the Futures & Derivatives Clearing (FDC) and Equities Operations Program Execution Team, a key component of the Markets Ops Transformation organization. The team drives strategic transformation and delivers Target Operating Models for FDC and Equities Operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What you'll do:

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage end-to-end projects from defining scope, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders to ensuring successful, on-time delivery meeting business needs.
• Planning & Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including charters, business requirements, plans, and risk/issue logs.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress, resources, and risks, identifying and escalating issues promptly and providing timely, clear updates and presentations to all stakeholders, including senior management.
• Process Optimization: Lead business analysis efforts, clarify requirements, and drive the development and implementation of innovative, efficient processes for Equities Operations.
• Risk & Compliance: Apply robust risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance to protect the firm's reputation.
• Team & Collaboration: Drive resource planning and foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other departments.
• Strategic Initiatives: Champion change management and undertake additional strategic projects/tasks as required.

What we'll need from you:

• Previous experience and knowledge of Equities preferred
• Project Manager/Business Analyst experience
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to persuade and influence others; may negotiate with external parties.

Education:

• GCSE English & Maths
