Master's degree in Economics, a related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy, Business, Finance), or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, economic research, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
PhD in Economics or a related field with a focus on labor economics, policy evaluation, industrial organization, or applied econometrics.
6 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, economic research, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
Experience conducting research or other innovative analyses, ideally involving novel methodologies or data sources, working with text data or large-scale datasets.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, and enthusiasm for understanding their wider economic impact.
Ability to communicate complex technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
