    Senior Executive Assistant

    Location: Canary Wharf Bank Street
    Contract: 12 months
    Work Setup: Hybrid - 4 Days in the Office

    Role Overview
    As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will deliver high-level administrative support within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This role demands discretion, a proactive mindset, and exceptional organizational skills. Key responsibilities include managing diaries and travel arrangements, processing expenses, maintaining CRM systems, and providing ad hoc support for team activities and events. You will work collaboratively to ensure smooth operations while fostering strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Specifically, you will provide efficient and professional assistance to the Co-Head of the Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) and another senior banker within the FSG, always ensuring seamless support.

    What you’ll do

    • Provide comprehensive diary management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and preventing calendar conflicts.
    • Organize and book all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation.
    • Process monthly expenses efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
    • Manage internal CRM systems and assist with event planning, team activities, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
    • Support colleagues within the buddy team during absences, ensuring continuity and seamless operations.
    • Maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external clients.

    What you bring

    • Minimum 5 years’ EA experience, including 3+ years supporting at Group Head level.
    • Previous Investment Banking experience preferred.
    • Strong expertise in diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional, confident, and personable with strong communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Zoom, and online booking/expense platforms.
