    Social Sales Manager

    This person is responsible for revenue growth across the UK Social portfolio including both sport and entertainment with a particular focus on Meta, X, Snapchat & TikTok partnership sales. You’ll be a networker with a passion for delivering innovative sales plans for agencies and advertisers. You’ll be responsible for all social revenues from your assigned agency group and thrive on building relationships that ensure revenue targets are met. 

    Your Role Accountabilities...

    • Grow advertising revenue across all social platforms, with a particular focus on Meta & X partnerships
    • Lead day to day management across an assigned agency group , Accurate and up to date revenue reporting to sales leadership 
    • Design and lead agency presentations and learning sessions, provide leadership team with market updates and industry news 
    • Co-ownership and development of a relevant contact list that includes key contacts within agencies and clients including digital, social, planning & partnerships.  
    • Ensure sales and revenue growth across all digital platforms including Meta, X, TikTok & Snapchat.  
    • Competent pitching data led sales with a passion for great content & best-in-class social activations 
    • Ensures the team delivers accurate forecasting and reporting of all revenue targets 
    • Qualification & Experience...
    • Needs to have strong experience in media sales with a thorough understanding of social partnership buying in a media landscape 
    • Owns a list of relevant industry contacts 
    • Is an excellent strategic salesperson,  is talented at developing relationships internally and externally 
    • Keeps the sales strategy responsive to market changes 
    •  The financial ability to accurately forecast and maintain a pipeline 

    Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
