    Spa Manager, Pre-Opening

    The Opportunity

    We are seeking an inspiring Spa Manager to oversee and elevate the wellness experience at The St. Regis London. This is a leadership opportunity to shape a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation in one of London’s most iconic settings.

    You will manage the activities of employees delivering spa services. Your focus will be on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while achieving financial and operational goals, all within the refined standards of the St. Regis brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead daily spa operations, ensuring smooth service across all areas
    • Ensure staff have the proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms
    • Manage inventories and budgets, maintaining financial discipline
    • Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards across spa facilities
    • Understand and manage the impact of spa operations on property financial goals
    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, setting a positive example for service excellence
    • Interact with guests to gather feedback and resolve concerns
    • Empower employees to provide anticipatory, personalized service
    • Emphasize guest satisfaction and continuous improvement in team meetings
    • Solicit employee feedback and foster open communication
    • Observe service behaviors and provide coaching and recognition
    • Support orientation and ongoing training programs for spa associates
    • Ensure property policies are administered fairly and consistently
    • Celebrate team successes and recognize contributions publicly

    What We’re Looking For

    We are searching for a leader with a passion for wellness and luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring operational expertise, interpersonal finesse, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

    You should have:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • A commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
