This role is central to delivering the hallmark of St. Regis hospitality - personalized, anticipatory service that transforms each guest’s stay into an unforgettable experience.

    You will respond to guest requests for special arrangements, provide insider recommendations, and ensure seamless communication across departments. With a focus on refinement and attentiveness, you will embody the St. Regis tradition of excellence and serve as a trusted guide for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a departmental role model and mentor, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and external regulations
    • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete required safety training and certifications
    • Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain professional uniform and appearance; protect company assets and confidentiality
    • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to brand standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
