    Trainer

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    Are you passionate about training and development? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality standards of a leading company in the GB region? We are looking for a Trainer to join our dynamic team!As a Trainer, you will be responsible for reducing business risks related to safety and quality by upskilling management teams and the workforce. You'll deliver high-quality training aligned with the latest legislation, company policies, and leadership principles. This role requires close collaboration with plant management teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent, top-notch training across the region.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver plant on-boarding, annual refresher training, and compliance training.Lead the development and facilitation of Safety Transformation training.Collaborate to design new courses and ensure uniformity in training materials.Evaluate training programs to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness.Support audits by providing training documentation and information.Identify skill gaps within teams and proactively assist managers with training needs.Become a technical expert in the topics you deliver and support the implementation of the global LMS system

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR….

    • Adult education teaching qualification.Safety and Food Safety Management qualifications.Highfield and IOSH certified trainer.Experience in delivering and evaluating training events, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads independently.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Enthusiastic communicator with excellent facilitation and engagement abilities.Solid knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and best manufacturing practices.Competent computer skills.

    WHERE YOU’LL WORK…

    • Our head office is in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and the role will be predominantly based at our Hull site. However, you will also be required to provide support across all company locations as needed. While on-site presence is valued, flexibility in supporting various sites will be essential to meeting operational goals.
