Transport Administrator at DHL

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Provide administrative support across transport and warehouse operations, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately
• Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, offering professional communication to drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Control fuel cards and driver‑issued equipment, maintaining accurate records and accountability
• Resolve queries efficiently via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Record and report fuel usage data, collect driver manifests, and collate operational information to support daily reporting

• Experience working in an administrative role with regular customer interaction
• Strong IT skills, with confident use of Microsoft Office, including Excel
