KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out all cleaning as laid down in the site specification, providing a safe clean environment for our visitors
• To be trained in the safe use of all our supporting machinery, and equipment to meet the Centres expectations and standards
• Maintain positive relations with retails, and support members of the public with any enquiries
• Support the client with any planned events or future activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Good communication skills and a willingness to deliver excellent customer service
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills
• A highly motivated individual who can work both individually, and within a team
• Previous cleaning experience in similar fields (preferable)

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

ABM UK is seeking a dedicated and reliable window cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis. Working on a 5-over-7 rota pattern, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas in accordance with ABM's quality and safety protocols. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assess and identify cleaning requirements, promptly reporting any areas of concern to your supervisor 
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment correctly and safely 
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment 
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, responding efficiently to their requirements 
• Complete all necessary equipment checks and inspections as required 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and documentation 
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team 
• Work safely in compliance with company safety guidelines at all times 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Proven commercial window cleaning experience 
• Ability and willingness to work at height 
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality 
• Minimum age of 18 years 
• Right to work in the UK with appropriate documentation 

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES: 

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning environments
