    Global Programme Director - Data Transformation (12 Month FTC)

    In this role you will:

    • Support business leadership in originating, managing and leading change through deployment of strategic programmes and actively manage and co-ordinate the delivery, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits
    • Fully establish the governance structure, develop the resourcing plan and budgets for data programmes whilst shaping plans and driving data programme delivery by working closely with Technology and other business partners
    • Oversee the tracking of risks, issues and dependencies, assess impact on the change strategy and take action to minimise impact and create and provide regular reporting on progress against plans to management, project sponsors and steering committees
    • Understand the importance of solution design quality; manages all stakeholders through design-led change approach
    • Provide “hands on support” where appropriate to drive programme deliverables.

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • Expertise in data related programmes, either building market data solutions or data platforms for key data domains such as instrument data, Client Data and Positions data, with a strong understanding of data mesh and data fabric concepts and of data quality management frameworks
    • Change delivery expertise is paramount as is knowledge of Asset Management / Investment Banking (Front-Office), including decision support and analytics, portfolio management, investment restrictions, in addition to dealing and the entire data management spectrum, with cross asset class experience (equity, fixed income, derivatives, etc.)
    • Experience of Bloomberg AIM portfolio management system is a plus, as is experience of business analysis and target operating model analysis and definition
    • Knowledge of executing re-engineering efforts across a global business to maintain a global perspective on business transformation and re-engineering efforts
    • The ability to devise efficient solutions to business challenges and provide analytic expertise in operational and business change.

    Investment Counsellor - Private Bank

    In this role you’ll:

    • Act as a client-facing investment specialist to position the investment message of the Private Bank in a portfolio context and provide investment advice directly to clients on both Advisory and Discretionary investments.
    • Work in conjunction with Relationship Managers on prospect pitches by delivering the Private Bank’s investment ethos and services to potential clients.
    • Effectively position and deliver investment solutions to clients and prospects of the HSBC Private Bank.
    • Assess client needs, develop a comprehensive investment strategy, coordinate sales and execution against that strategy, and monitor performance and appropriateness of the client’s overall investment portfolio.
    • Perform ongoing portfolio reviews to align client portfolios to their risk profile and investment objectives

    To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

    • Proven track record of providing comprehensive investment advice to either High Net Worth or Ultra High Net Worth clients in a UK regulated context
    • Either; Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments Level 4 qualified or Investment Advice Diploma qualified
    • In-depth knowledge of a range of asset classes
    • Strong communication skills, and the ability to build credibility and trust with both Relationship Managers and clients is key

    • Strong understanding of all areas of risk management and processes including restructuring
    • Knowledge of changing economic, social, and governmental environment and how they might affect the hotel sector in the UK

    Universal Banker (Type 1) RBWM

    Within this role you’ll: 

    • Play a pivotal role within our Branch Customer Service Team by being the first point of contact for our customers, take ownership of their individual needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience 
    • Play an integral part in customer education around HSBC digital services and fraud awareness 
    • Identify customers who are in vulnerable situations and determine the best way we can support them 
    • Help our customers with more complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported in their choices

    When & where you'll work 

    • This is a full-time role that requires you to work 35 hours per week between the hours of Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30. (Not all our branches are open on a Saturday). Applications are open to UK Residents over the age of 18 currently with the valid right to work in the UK for a minimum of 14 months, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to work 35 hours per week. Please note if you are on a student visa that does not allow you to work 35 hours per week, unfortunately, we will not be able to progress your application.  
    • There may be times when we may ask you to support other local branches within a reasonable distance to you with any additional costs reimbursed in line with HSBC Expenses Policy.

    Director - Institutional Client Engagement

    Role responsibilities

    • Build, maintain and continuously enhance a CRM framework for corporate access, ensuring accurate capture of client interactions and event participation across the global investor access franchise.
    • Design and build intuitive dashboards to track client activity at events, highlight engagement trends and provide actionable insight to sales, corporate access and senior management.
    • Build, track and refine data for all events, ensuring delivery against defined milestones and KPIs.
    • Set up and run robust data analytics to measure the effectiveness of our events, improve targeting and inform future event strategy.
    • Act as an AI literate focal point for the team: identify use cases, prototype and potentially build AI enabled tools and workflows to enhance working processes, improve efficiency and scale best practice across the global investor access team.

    Business Banking Direct Relationship Manager

    In this role you’ll:

    • Focus on growing the business sustainably, by identifying opportunities to expand a portfolio and broadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC's extensive network
    • Drive revenue growth through understanding customer needs and by adopting a needs-based approach which engages clients and increases new business

    • Have an understanding of Business types and structures, and Product knowledge of non-complex and complex commercial products
    • Understanding and experience in reading and interpreting of financial accounts and writing strong credit applications
    • An understanding of Financial Crime Risk policies and an understanding of HSBC credit risk appetite as it relates to the segment
    • Strong influencing skills and ability to build positive working relationships with our customers, colleagues and stakeholders
    • Experience within Business Development
