Overall purpose of the role:
- We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Group Sustainability team within BX. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, a resilient personality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Key Accountabilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance to 8 Directors and 1 Managing Director, including extensive diary management for both internal and external engagements.

- Manage expense reporting using Concur (training will be provided if necessary).
- Anticipate needs, prioritise tasks effectively, and make independent decisions in the face of conflicting demands.

Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, supporting multiple senior leaders concurrently (minimum of 2+ senior leaders).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex diaries and prioritise effectively, understanding the relative importance of tasks without constant senior guidance.
- Experience negotiating and working comfortably with senior-level individuals across diverse personalities.
- A resilient demeanour, capable of handling stressful situations with professionalism.
- Excellent multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams). Experience with Concur is advantageous.
