Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Salesforce architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability and security.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) highly desirable.
- Experience designing solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

- Prior experience within the energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors.
- Familiarity with emerging Salesforce features (Einstein, Industry Clouds, or Net Zero Cloud).

We are working with a leading organisation that requires an experienced IT Engineer to join on a contract basis. This role is suited to a contractor who is confident working independently, delivering infrastructure and support services, and ensuring systems remain robust and secure.
The successful contractor will provide hands-on technical expertise across a range of IT environments, with opportunities to support both project delivery and BAU operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Windows and cloud environments.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Support cloud migration projects and infrastructure upgrades.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in IT infrastructure engineering and support.

- Provide 3rd line support for complex technical incidents and escalations
- Design, implement and migrate infrastructure solutions (on-prem & cloud)
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft environments (AD, Group Policy, Exchange, M365, Azure)
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and network solutions (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
- Support project rollouts such as cloud migrations, Intune deployments, or security improvements

About You
- Proven 3rd line / senior infrastructure support experience, ideally within an MSP
