We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimise resources
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop new menu items in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
• Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly

Skills
