    General Manager’s Assistant

    Key job responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate and organize onsite employee engagement events for associates, including competitions, celebrations and handouts, and managing associated budgets and deadlines throughout the year.
    • Plan events according to the site’s needs, prepare posters and campaigns to promote events and work with stakeholders to deliver and implement site projects.
    • Manage communication channels across the Fulfillment Center, including newsletters, corporate communications and site-specific message boards and feedback channels.
    • Act as the site Charity Champion in the community, coordinating the site charity budget, working with central teams to embed network initiatives alongside local charity donations and campaigns.
    • Manage the network recognition programs onsite for associates and drive participation amongst your leadership team and associate population.
    • Be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the leadership team’s travel and administration, including diary management and recording actions of meetings and driving these to resolution on behalf of the General Manager.
    • Working closely with all support staff to build, coordinate and secure robust support and resources

    for projects and initiatives.

    • Welcome and coordinate visitors, on behalf of the General Manager and leadership team of the Fulfillment Center.
    • Diary management experience at Director and/or Senior Manager level, including arranging travel and conference calls.
    • Make a positive contribution to the company’s culture that fosters diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

    A day in the life

    • Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; job duties may require additional hours and availability outside normal working hours. May require flexibility to adjust work schedule from time to time and to travel between sites.

    • Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple assignments while also serving as point of contact for a large team.

    Operations Supervisor, Quick Commerce

    Description
    Please be aware that this role requires a commitment of 32 hours per week.

    You’ll be the first point of contact for team members during their shift and help them follow the processes that your managers have put in place. This is a hands-on role, which will give you experience in using the tools and systems that make our operations successful.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide important shift information to frontline management to ensure operational excellence across shifts
    • Support and train employees to deliver great service and supervise them in their daily tasks
    • Support the Shift/Area Manager with projects to improve processes, cultivate a safe working environment, and increase workforce engagement

    A day in the life

    • As an Operations Lead/Supervisor, you’ll be based in one of our operational sites. You’ll support your Shift/Area Manager to carry out the plan for the shift. That will involve helping with pre-shift meetings with your team and monitoring procedures to make sure everyone is following safety rules, quality processes, and the priority plan for the day.
    • You’ll escalate any issues you spot to your manager, but sometimes you’ll be the most senior person on shift and will give people the direction they need to complete their tasks. At other times, you’ll support your Shift/Area Manager in planning shifts to make sure you have enough team members working during peak times.

    Brand Collaborations Success Specialist, EU Creators

    We’re looking for a Brand Collaborations Success Specialist to manage brand-sponsored creator campaigns end-to-end.

    You will step in after the deal is signed and own the brand–creator collaboration through to final reporting. You’ll set campaigns up for success by managing creator negotiations and contracting, briefing and deliverables, content approvals, and performance analysis. You’ll also coordinate content amplification through paid social (where applicable) and Amazon Ads to maximize impact.

    You are the operational and strategic backbone of our campaigns—ensuring everything runs smoothly, is on brand, and delivers against agreed objectives.

    Campaign setup & creator management:

    • Source and vet relevant influencers that fit campaign needs and briefs, ensuring alignment with brand, audience, and objectives.
    • Manage creator outreach and onboarding, including communication, deliverable tracking, timelines, and logistics.
    • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and fees with creators (via email and phone) and handle creator contracting in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
    • Develop and deliver clear, actionable campaign briefs that translate brand goals, messaging, and guardrails into creator-friendly guidance.

    Brand safety, guidelines & compliance:

    • Ensure creators adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards across all content.
    • Monitor content for compliance requirements (e.g., FTC/ASA disclosures, platform policies, internal standards) and work with creators to make updates if needed.
    • Flag any potential brand or reputational risks early and coordinate with internal stakeholders on mitigation.

    Execution, tracking & optimization:

    • Track creator deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure all campaign elements go live as planned.
    • Monitor performance (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, sales where available), using internal and external tools.
    • Partner with analytics and internal teams to optimize in-flight campaigns where possible (e.g., adjusting creator mix, creative direction, boosting strategy).

    Reporting & insights:

    • Compile and interpret campaign reports for advertisers, including performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Translate data into clear, narrative-ready summaries that demonstrate impact on brand and business outcomes (e.g., discovery, consideration, sales).
    • Feed learnings back into internal playbooks to improve future briefing, creator selection, and amplification strategies.

    Content amplification & paid media:

    • Coordinate content amplification (boosting) of creator posts through Paid Social and repurposing content for use with Amazon Ads.
    • Work with internal media teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and that boosted content runs as planned.
    • Monitor amplification performance and incorporate results into final reporting and recommendations.

    Relationship building & ecosystem health:

    • Build long-term relationships with creators and their management teams, becoming a trusted point of contact for collaboration and campaign execution.
    • Maintain an evolving bench of high-performing, brand-safe creators across key verticals and markets.
    • Provide feedback to creators and managers to improve collaboration quality over time (e.g., best practices, performance insights).

    Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician

    Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is central to Amazon's commitment to innovation.     Key job responsibilities

    • Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely and monitor teams to ensure everyone follows the correct processes
    • Keep track of equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks and schedule additional servicing when required
    • Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers
    • Solve issues in equipment to reduce downtime for operations so they can process packages as quickly as possible

    A day in the life

    • In every shift, you’ll be leading a team to make sure everyone has the equipment they need and that it’s running properly. That involves monitoring processes so that regulations and policies are followed and ensuring that preventative maintenance is carried out to increase equipment uptime.
    • With everything you observe on your shifts, you’ll suggest improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive and then implement those improvements across an EU-wide function. You’ll also be monitoring processes with tools like Scada to guarantee their performance, as well as working closely with your line manager to assist with admin tasks.
    • This role is located at one of our operational sites. You’ll work shift patterns, which may include some weekends and nights. As you develop your experience within this exciting part of Amazon, you’ll be well-placed to progress into more senior roles.

    About the team

    • Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering or RME team keep our equipment performing at its best. We're a technically minded team, made up of excellent team players and guided by experienced leaders. We work together to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres. Some of our people are leaders, who oversee the team as they work on exciting technology – some of which only exists at Amazon.
    • From installing automated packaging systems to overseeing the general maintenance of a site to repairing key distribution equipment, our team handles most aspects of Amazon’s technical side. This includes keeping buildings legally compliant, so everyone is safe, and our sites are operating at maximum efficiency. There are lots of opportunities for progression, both within the RME team and more widely across Amazon.
    • Everything we do focuses on reducing downtime in Amazon’s crucial operations sites, so customers get their orders on time. We often work during early or late hours to carry out maintenance with minimal disruption, including night shifts. If we spot a better way to do something, we have the skills and the opportunity to develop and introduce completely new processes or cutting-edge tech like Amazon Robotics and our Complex Item Sorter.

    Basic Qualifications

    • A full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject

    • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
