    Quality Engineer

    What you will be doing:

    You will work with/alongside numerous departments across the business, adapting your communication skills accordingly. You will:

    • Implement new manufacturing and quality processes in line with the Quality Management System, ISO/AS9100 and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead problem solving/corrective action groups consisting of cross functional team members.
    • Conduct on-going gap analysis activities to determine resource requirements and to identify potential obstacles/risks.
    • Develop feedback and resolution loops to enable continuous learning.
    • Apply statistical principles to evaluate and solve process variability technical problems.
    • Understand and comply with Rolls-Royce Quality Management System.

    Commercial Manager

    What you will be doing?

    • Develop solutions for complex commercial issues.
    • Draft and negotiate contract terms with customers using appropriate techniques and strategies
    • Develop and implement contracting and negotiation strategies for new business using relevant processes and procedures.
    • Empower Capture Teams to win by providing accurate, timely and innovative contractual solutions.
    • Identify potential risks and liabilities in concepts, proposals and contracts and implement appropriate means to manage these.
    • Instruct and administer new and existing business agreements providing trusted advice and guidance to ensure understanding of Rolls-Royce and customer obligations and contract points.
    • Lead activities and support others in the team with your supportive coaching style.

    • Previous commercial and contracting experience including responsibility for managing a substantive customer / supplier / partner relationship would be advantageous.

    Production Planning & Control Manager - Defence Manufacturing

    What you will be doing:

    • Accountability of production planning and clear communication to the operations environment to enable successful execution in accordance with these plans
    • Own and drive short, medium and long term delivery commitments, identifying and providing solutions to any potential capacity or critical supply issues whilst ensuring risks that have the potential to impact on delivery are identified, prioritised, escalated, and impact is understood throughout the wider business.

    Information Security Lead

    You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate distribution of hardware and peripherals to end user, supporting onboarding and day to day queries, ensuring contractual security requirements are assessed and implemented into day-to-day processes, and reviewing supply chain security.

      • Respond to project specific security requirements from customers
      • Assess and define Security requirements for projects and programs
      • Ensure compliance in the supply chain with project specific security requirements

    • Site Support
      • Although your primary office will be based in Bristol, you will have responsibility for sites located in East Grinstead, Heybridge and Winsford as well as their associated suppliers managing classified data. You will report to the IT & Information Security Manager to provide wider support for our other locations and help implement procedures and processes.
    • Contribute and influence the development of information security strategies, policies, guidance, good practices and awareness
    • Ensure that Security activities within a programme, project or equipment are delivered and managed using recognised techniques and in accordance with their relevant requirements
    • Provide regular updates on assurance status / progress in accordance with programme / project specific reporting cycles

    Position Qualifications

    • Experience in Cyber Security in relation to, DEFCON 658, Def Stan 05-138,MOD Accreditation / Secure by Design
    • Hand on experience of IT support such as troubleshooting skills, Customer Service and basic networking knowledge
    • Previous experience of working within an information security management system (ISMS).
    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or implementer or equivalent
