    Resource Manager - 15 month FTC - London

    The Resource Manager reports into the Senior Resource Lead and works closely with our senior leadership team and internal functions; it requires someone who is resilient and able to build trust with stakeholders quickly.   This a hands-on position where you will strive to deliver operational excellence whilst supporting the business strategy, agility agenda and the mobility of our people. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and the courage to lead. We have a culture of respect and collaboration, and so strong people skills are required.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Advise Engagement Leads and Partners on resourcing solutions, ensuring our projects are resourced with the right people, the best skills and delivering on an exceptional people experience.
    • Understand the skill sets of our people and proactively deploy individuals to support areas which enhance their professional development and capability set
    • Provide insight on resourcing performance metrics such as utilisation, diversity, revenue, margin, pricing, and people insights.
    • Drive collaborative resource solutions with wider parts of EY
    • Bring best practice thinking to the wider Resourcing function
    • Identify opportunities to enhance team performance and reach development goals 
    • Work with SL Senior Resource Lead (and Operations) to input on optimising service delivery
    • Review business performance and discuss trends, interventions, and actions to improve results
    • Proactively monitor pipeline with local stakeholders
    • Foster an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements
    • Work closely with leadership to monitor the wellbeing and performance of our teams
