7.5T Job Duties:
- 7am start - 15:45pm approx finish Monday to Friday
- 7.5 Tonne Multidrop deliveries mostly local and South East runs
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks reporting any faults to Line Manager ensuring that the Company vehicle allocated is maintained in a roadworthy and clean condition, documenting appropriate checks and reporting any faults immediately.
- Ensure 7.5T vehicle is kept clean and tidy and only used for business purpose
- Assist in loading assembled orders onto vehicle ensuring that the payload is within the limits for the vehicle and goods are safely loaded for delivery.
- Ensure duties are carried out complying fully with the requirements of the Company Operators Licence.
- Ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed in a timely manner unloading and taking to final delivery point as requested.
- Ensure that all POD (Proof Of Delivery) paperwork is correct and authorised
- Fuel Efficient & Safe Driving - A fuel efficient driver is an asset to any company.
