    HR Advisor

    WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

    • Support the HRBP/ site leaders to deliver the strategic business & HR plan, and support managers to develop people management capabilities
    • Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites
    • Provide HR support to contribute to the overall success of the HR agenda in delivering a proactive and customer-focused HR service by providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a wide variety of HR matters, such as employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and the delivery of key projects
    • Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with current and proposed employment legislation and local arrangements, to ensure consistency, accuracy and best practice
    • Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management, including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements
    • Support the management of employee cases relating to disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence. This includes providing advice to managers on policy/procedure and legislation, support managers with Occupational Health, supporting formal investigations and hearings.
    • Work in collaboration with managers on managing sickness, managing redeployment where appropriate, assisting colleagues back to work and working with managers to reduce sickness absence across the organisation.
    • Provide accurate and timely data to the HRBP and managers to successfully deliver HR processes

    • Case management experience (Essential)
    • Strong organisational skills (Essential)

    • A CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent (Desirable)

    • Looking to develop in a fast-paced site-based environment

    Workshop Controller

    A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

    • To process and support with the operational workflow which will result in a safe and efficient workshop operation for Finished Vehicle Solutions
    • To manage a team of Technicians and the day to day processing of day work and WIP
    • Assign job sheets to technicians and cross reference job times with Autodata
    • Control the management of aged WIP to ensure customer SLA's are met
    • Liaise with Contracts Team leads of ELF requests and future planning requirements
    • Ensure that processes are followed to optimise revenue opportunities and adhere to KPI's.
    • Liaise with sites stakeholders e.g Health & Safety / Facilities / Bodyshop to support in ad-hoc requests
    • Conduct ad-hoc jobs such as assisting with flat batteries, moving vehicles, road tests and collecting parts
    • This role will be required to learn customer requirements, assist with parts and the fleet administration team

    THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

    • Previous experience within a Workshop/Technician management or similar role with the experience of managing job allocations is essential
    • Experience within the motor/automotive industry
    • Be a qualified Technician (level 3 or higher) is essential
    • Good stakeholder management and customer management skills
    • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
    • Happy and comfortable to answer and deal with enquiries from account team and workshop team
    • IT Literate - Comfortable to use I test drive, BMS, Auto pad and Customer related portals that assist with us performing to the customer SLA's.
    • Full driving license is essential

    Flow Room Manager-Nights

    A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE?

    • Managing a team of controllers
    • Monitoring Warehouse Automation Screens / systems
    • Accurately monitor the status of plant and systems during operation
    • Work in Partnership with the automation supplier to support their maintenance schedule

    THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

    • Experience within Warehouse Operations in a Supply Chain environment desirable
    • Knowledge of WMS & Automation
    • Data Retrieval and analysis

    Training First Line Manager

    WHAT YOU'LL DO?

    • Lead the Team: Supervise a team of 13 training coaches
    • Work alongside planning team to make sure all training is completed
      In charge of site inductions refresher training done in a timely manner
    • Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
    • In charge of site inductions and refresher training for colleagues already onsite

    THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

    • Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
    • Previous FLM/Supervisor/Management Experience
    • Previous Training Experience
