This role sits within the newly formed GenAI Security team, which is responsible for ensuring, maintaining, and improving the security of our GenAi Prompt security capabilities within the firm. You will be responsible for engineering solutions that strengthen and broaden our security capabilities in an environment that is changing daily whilst also working with vendor products to achieve the same aims. You will have the opportunity to partner with key Engineering teams, alongside Operations and Site Reliability Engineering.
Effective capabilities that combine security and engineering excellence are key to success.
What the role covers:
- Designing, developing, optimizing, and enhancing a GenAI prompt security platform to protect firm AI/LLM-based applications from adversarial attacks and prompt injections.
- Building and automating a security testing framework to validate protection mechanisms for various LLM use cases.
- Owning solutions that are expected to operate and perform at scale across the organisation.
- Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and partners across Engineering and Operations as well as partner teams within the wider Citi organisation, across different time zones.
Job Skills/ Qualifications:
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Significant relevant industry work experience
- Experience of the full lifecycle of design, implementation and running of enterprise software solutions involving cross functional team collaboration
- Expertise in a major programming language such as Python and/or Go, and associated tooling (Git, Maven, IDEs, Jenkins, Bitbucket etc)
- Expertise in designing and implementing secure APIs and libraries.
- Experience in Generative AI, LLM frameworks, LLM prompt engineering and/or adversarial testing is a bonus.
- Experience with Cyber engineering and Operations, which could include DevSecOps or MLSecOps.
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience in containerized deployment (Kubernetes, OpenShift etc).
- Expertise with DevOps, CI/CD and agile methodology

As a Director-level Derivatives Sales Trader with a commodities focus in London, you will play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and executing complex commodity derivative strategies. Primary Responsibilities of the role
- Drive origination and execution of complex commodity derivatives trades for a diverse institutional client base including Real Money accounts, Hedge Funds, Commodity Trading Advisors (CTAs), Quantitative Accounts , and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored commodity derivative solutions.
- Provide expert market commentary, insights, and trade ideas specific to commodity markets, keeping clients abreast of market developments and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal trading, structuring, and research teams to develop and deliver innovative commodity derivative products.

- What we need from you
- Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in commodity derivatives sales and trading at a tier-one investment bank.
- Proven track record of managing and growing significant client relationships within institutional commodities, including engagement with Real Money accounts, Hedge Funds, CTAs, Quants, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
- Deep understanding of commodity derivative products, including options and futures, across various global commodity markets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret market data and formulate complex trading strategies specific to commodities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating intricate financial concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.

The primary responsibility of the Associate will be, in cooperation with the Senior Relationship Managers, servicing the banking & financing needs of international Mid-Market clients, deepening existing client relationships and acquiring & onboarding new commercial banking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Citi network and operational teams, becoming one of the key contacts for clients’ requests, internal requests/escalation and resolution.
- Support Senior Relationship manager in management of assigned portfolio of clients.
- Work closely with Senior Relationship Managers to ensure we provide a 'Client First' approach and help to deliver outstanding day to day banking & operational support to our Mid-Market clients.
- In cooperation with Senior Relationship Manager calls on clients and maximise ‘One Citi’ client experience, by proactively leveraging and sharing Citi’s market leading insights, global network and solutions.
- Monitor and support products’ implementation processes, clients on-boarding process and manage sales CRM platform.
- Liaise with Relationship Associate to ensure adherence to global KYC (Know Your Customer) standards during the onboarding process and, on an ongoing basis, ensuring the appropriate compliance deliverables are met.
- Develops and maintains strong ties with Commercial Banking teams across the globe, in particular CCB colleagues working across the same sector vertical, CCB colleagues supporting subsidiary businesses overseas (Commercial Subsidiaries Group). Collaborate and work closely with various product teams (cash sales, trade finance, markets, corporate finance), Underwriting / Risk teams.
- Work with Senior Relationship Managers to analyse client relationships, risks & opportunities, assists with credit application write-up, financial spreading, deal structuring, returns calculation, documentation review & preparation. Administrate the credit relationship of clients, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processes.
- Understand key commercial banking processes & solutions, including Transactional Banking, FX, Trade, Treasury, Working Capital and Lending products.
- Support Senior Relationship Managers on solutioning assessment, preparation of pitch books and meeting materials, assists with new clients’ acquisition.
- Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across CCB, share best practice across teams in order to deliver 'best in class' relationship management to new and existing clients.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Previous banking experience
- Working within Commercial/Corporate banking is desirable.
- Experience in a Client Relationship role or client facing role.
- Sales, presentation and communication skills. Focus on first class service quality.
