    Head of FP&A

    8-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Watford – 2 days per month)
    Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum (pro rata)

    Im working closely with a well-established, purpose-led organisation to appoint an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on an 8-month fixed-term contract.

    This is a senior, high-impact role, ideal for a commercially astute FP&A leader who enjoys partnering with executive stakeholders, driving insight-led decision-making, and bringing clarity to complex financial data during a defined period of change.

    The Role

    Reporting into the Finance Director, the Head of FP&A will take ownership of the organisations financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting agenda. Youll play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, enhancing financial insight, and strengthening financial governance.

    The role operates on a hybrid basis, with on-site presence in Watford approximately twice per month, offering flexibility while maintaining strong engagement with senior stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
    • Partner with senior leadership to provide clear, actionable financial insight and constructive challenge
    • Produce high-quality management reporting, dashboards, and board-level analysis
    • Drive improvements in financial models, processes, and controls
    • Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions
    • Manage and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of insight and accountability
    • Act as a key finance contact for non-finance stakeholders across the organisation

    About You

    • My client is seeking a confident, credible finance leader who can quickly add value and operate effectively in a complex environment.
    • You will likely bring:
    • Proven experience in a senior FP&A role (Head of FP&A / Senior FP&A Manager)
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at executive level
    • Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capability
    • Experience working within a group or multi-entity structure
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and comfort managing ambiguity
    • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

    Commercial Finance Analyst

    9-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid (Watford – 3 days per week in office)

    Im working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to support business decision-making through insightful analysis, strong stakeholder engagement, and high-quality financial reporting.

    This position would suit someone who enjoys working close to the commercial activity of a business and is keen to develop their experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    The Role

    Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, the Commercial Finance Analyst will play a key role in providing financial insight to operational and non-finance stakeholders. Youll support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, helping translate financial data into clear, actionable insight.

    The role operates on a hybrid basis, with expected attendance in the Watford office three days per week, ensuring strong collaboration with the wider finance and commercial teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver timely and accurate commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting
    • Analyse variances, trends, and key drivers of performance, providing clear commentary
    • Assist with the preparation of management reports and stakeholder presentations
    • Support the development and maintenance of financial models
    • Partner with non-finance teams to improve understanding of financial performance
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting

    About You

    • Progress toward an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
