    Systems & Resourcing Executive

    About the Role

    You’ll use workforce management tools to support the Customer Care Management Team in optimising the effective and efficient use of resources to meet overall Customer demand and business SLAs through having the right people, in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.

    You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and ongoing development of the contact centre interaction system - Genesys Cloud.  Working as part of a team to deliver: planning, forecasting, intelligent scheduling and real-time interventions for the Customer Care contact centre, whilst ensuring they’re connected to the contact centre marketplace externally, to keep the Customer up-to-date and relevant in its processes and procedures. You’ll also be responsible for our call-flows and getting the most from our technology by constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and automate our ways of workings keeping customer experience front and centre of everything we do.

    Some of the challenges in this role: 

    • Maintaining the Contact Centre service levels across all queues
    • Development of the Genesys Cloud system
    • Avoiding system failures
    • Incident Management activities 
    • Optimising resource while driving automation and efficiency

    About the experience we’re looking for

    • Experienced Administrator of contact centre or cloud based technology – desirable but not essential
    • Experienced in building call-flows (Genesys Cloud preferred but not essential)

    Regional Property Manager

    About the role – what does a Regional Property Manager do?

    • We own 2,400 pubs nationwide and have a huge focus on asset protection. The Regional Property Manager (RPM) is key to this strategy, responsible for maintaining the internal and external fabric of our fantastic pubs.
    • The region that you’ll cover is London and Southern Home Counties, which includes South London – (Twickenham / Hammersmith), Surrey -  (Guildford – Woking), Sussex – (Worthing, Chichester) and Hampshire – (Fareham, Basingstoke).
    • You’ll be managing budgets and working closely with a range of colleagues, suppliers, contractors and lessees/tenants to make the right decisions and ensure our pubs are safe for our lessees and their customers, as well as progressively improving both condition and sustainability.

    Process Engineer

    What’s the role? 

    • Reporting directly to the Brewery Director, you’ll play a key role in driving process excellence and continuous improvement across the Manchester site. As a Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for championing and embedding our TPM (Total Productive Management) strategy, ensuring it is effectively implemented and sustained across operations.
    • This role sits at the heart of the operation, working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to improve equipment performance, process capability and operational efficiency. You’ll coordinate, organise and support TPM implementation in line with site, national and global TPM strategic plans, with a clear focus on delivering sustainable improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery.
    • Using data, problem-solving methodologies and your strong understanding of manufacturing processes, you’ll identify loss areas, support root cause analysis and ensure improvement actions are owned and delivered by the right teams. As the Manchester TPM Champion, you’ll lead by influence, coaching teams at all levels and helping to build capability across the site.
    • With your experience of leading change in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll play a critical role in engaging colleagues, embedding standard ways of working and ensuring continuous improvement becomes part of how the site operates day to day.

    What are we looking for? 

    • We’re looking for a hands-on and collaborative Process Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and thrives in an operational environment. You’ll be comfortable working on the shop floor, influencing stakeholders and translating strategy into practical action.

    Ideally, you’ll also bring:

    • Proven experience delivering continuous improvement, Lean and/or TPM initiatives within an FMCG or high-volume manufacturing environment
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment performance and loss analysis
    • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives and facilitating workshops or improvement activities
    • A data-driven, problem-solving mindset with experience using CI tools and methodologies
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
    • Global HEINEKEN Auditor Status (or similar) would be beneficial but not essential

    Apprentice Technical Operator

    About the role

    The Food and Drink Technical Operator Apprenticeship is based at our Herefordshire Brewery within the Packaging team. You’ll support the brewing and packaging of our products while developing technical expertise in operating machinery, diagnosing faults and carrying out basic maintenance.

    Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll learn about continuous improvement, food safety and quality assurance. You’ll take ownership of production processes and help ensure efficient, safe and compliant operations. From day one, you will receive structured support, guidance and development within a friendly and inclusive environment.

    Apprentice Shift Leader

    About the role

    This four-year structured programme is designed to develop future operational leaders. Delivered in partnership with an industry leading university, it combines formal study with hands-on experience across our operations.

    You’ll attend three one-week study blocks each year and rotate across departments including brewing, packaging, quality, logistics and engineering. The programme blends academic learning with practical responsibility, helping you build leadership capability and operational understanding.

    Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll receive ongoing support, coaching and development while gaining experience across key areas of the business.
