Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Domestic Gas Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of domestic gas servicing and maintenance contracts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, managing operational teams and subcontractors, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering contracts in line with agreed KPIs, budgets and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of domestic gas servicing and maintenance contracts
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Lead, support and motivate engineers and administrative staff to achieve operational targets
- Ensure full compliance with Gas Safe regulations, health and safety legislation and internal policies
- Monitor contract performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans where required
- Liaise with tenants, stakeholders and internal teams to resolve issues effectively
- Manage budgets, labour allocation, materials and scheduling to ensure cost effective delivery
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts and updates for senior management
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance and value for money
- Carry out audits, inspections and quality assurance checks
- Identify opportunities for contract growth and support tender submissions where required
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required within the scope of the role
Person Specification
- Proven experience in a Contract Manager, Gas Supervisor or similar role within the domestic gas sector
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas servicing, maintenance and installation works
- Gas Safe qualifications such as CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1 desirable
- Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contract performance
- IT literate with strong reporting and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence

Job Summary
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be responsible for servicing and carrying out remedial repairs on commercial heating boilers within both occupied and void properties across London. The role requires delivering work to a high standard, in line with current gas legislation, and meeting requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair commercial heating boilers, associated plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturer requirements
- Carry out full commissioning of gas heating boilers and associated controls following installation, servicing or reactive works
- Diagnose faults effectively and undertake necessary repairs or replacement of defective components across commercial heating and hot water systems
- Drain down and refill heating systems to facilitate plant replacement and repair
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation, including risk assessments and asbestos awareness
- Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota where required
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested
Person Specification
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
- Clear understanding of commercial boilers, plant and associated controls
- Experience working on HIUs desirable but not essential
- Domestic ACS qualifications desirable but not essential
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- City & Guilds Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)

Job Summary
The HIU Engineer will carry out servicing, commissioning, fault-finding, and remedial repairs to Heat Interface Units (HIUs) within occupied and unoccupied properties. All works must be completed in accordance with manufacturer instructions, client specifications, and current health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair Heat Interface Units (HIUs) in line with manufacturer specifications
- Carry out full commissioning of HIU heating units and associated controls
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs or replacement of defective components
- Drain down and refill heating systems to replace leaking radiators or isolation valves
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including risk assessments and asbestos awareness
- Work independently in a lone-working environment
- Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested
Essential Requirements
- Valid full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness certification
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing or commissioning heating systems (HIU experience advantageous but training provided)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work methodically, safely, and with minimal supervision
- Experience working within occupied social housing or residential properties
- Understanding of risk assessment processes
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces
