    Product Manager - Teaching and Learning

    About the Role  

    As the Teaching and Learning Product Manager you will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Teaching and Learning products used University wide.

    You will provide strategic leadership for the vision, ongoing development and innovation of significant products and/or platforms, driving the definition, design, prioritisation, planning and execution of products and developments throughout the product lifecycle.

    The role includes senior matrix management to design, delivery, and development teams, and will influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure customer needs and University goals are met.

    Product Managers are responsible for driving forward a ‘digital first’ approach, championing the use of technology, transformative practices, and a culture of continuous improvement to achieve service excellence. They provide strategic leadership and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from competitive analysis, research and customer/user engagement to discovery, business case, design, implementation, and ongoing performance management and continuous improvement.

    About You  

    • You will be an experienced product managers or be able to demonstrate the ability acquired in previous roles to be one in a portfolio which delivers digital tools that have enabled Warwick to achieve its Gold rating in the Teaching and Excellence Framework.
    • You will be comfortable working in an environment with multiple stakeholders, have a good eye for detail and a desire to champion the delivery of products to diverse customers.

    Retail Assistant x 2 – Bakery

    About the Role  

    Co-op is a multi-award winner supermarket located on central campus at the University of Warwick. Serving over 40,000 customers a week in term time, the store stocks an incredible range of international food, freshly baked goods, newspapers, stationary and everything else students and staff might be looking for.

    Are you passionate about customer service and love working in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for a Retail Assistant to join our  bakery team at the new Co-op store on campus and help create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Ensure the bakery is adequately stocked, which  will involve:

    • Baking goods and packaging to SOPs
    • Ensuring all food hygiene, labelling and allergen SOPs are compiled with
    • Replenishing and displaying stock to planogram following the SOP

    Serve customers in a thoughtful polite, considerate manner:

    • Monitoring and supporting customers when using the bakery, with product information
    • Responding quickly and positively to customer questions

    Ensure the bakery is maintained and presented in a ‘customer ready’ state:

    • Clearing and sorting rubbish for recycling collection
    • Ensuring all items are in the right place
    • Clearing up spillages and dealing with damaged goods to SOPs, maintaining a consciousness of Health and Safety implications

     Working Pattern will be 5 over 7 days
