At PZ Cussons, our applications underpin critical operations across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. They span SAP ERP and other Enterprise apps, to more localised and specific systems. As our Applications Analyst & Test Lead, you’ll bridge project delivery and ongoing support—owning the full lifecycle of applications, from onboarding and integration to upgrades and decommissioning, while leading test management for SAP and other enterprise systems. You’ll define and drive our testing standards, coordinate user acceptance testing, and collaborate across business and IT teams to ensure every change delivers value safely and efficiently.

Accountabilities:
Applications Management
- Provide day-to-day support for applications, including troubleshooting, coordination with vendors, and service reviews.
- Maintain the global applications catalogue, including tracking of licenses, certificates, renewals, and dependencies.
- Support the design and governance of application lifecycles, including upgrades, changes, and decommissioning.
- Support shaping business requirements for new applications or changes.
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of new applications, ensuring compliance with global standards.
Test Management
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP and integrated applications across projects and major change initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and provide Master Test Plans, status updates, and progress reports.
- Own and refine methodologies, processes, and templates for test management.
- Manage defect resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are applied consistently
- Support the design and governance of application lifecycles, including upgrades, changes, and decommissioning.
- Support shaping business requirements for new applications or changes.
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of new applications, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Maintain documentation and support the change management processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in IT, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, support, and governance.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organisation.
- Broad knowledge of application architecture and methodologies.
- Some experience with ERP testing and integrated landscapes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Experience with test automation and test management tools.
