    Area Director of Revenue Management, UK

    The Role 

    As Area Director of Revenue Management UK, you will provide strategic leadership across Hyatt’s UK portfolio, shaping and driving revenue performance through insight led strategy, disciplined execution and strong collaboration. Reporting to the Area Vice President UK & Ireland, this senior role carries responsibility for maximising total revenue, market share and profitability across our hotels. 

    Based at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill, you will oversee this property and will work closely with the on property teams and regularly travel across the UK to support hotels as necessary. Acting as a trusted commercial partner to General Managers and leadership teams, the on property Revenue Leaders at our 9 managed hotels will have a dotted line into you. You will bring clarity and confidence to revenue decisions while ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s global commercial and distribution strategies. 

    You will lead, develop and inspire revenue management teams, embedding best in class practices across pricing, distribution, inventory control and demand forecasting. With a strong analytical foundation and a people focused leadership style, you will ensure revenue management capability continues to evolve in line with Hyatt’s growth and ambitions in the UK. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Provide strategic leadership for revenue management across multiple Hyatt hotels in the UK 
    • Drive total revenue growth, RevPAR performance and market share through effective pricing, inventory and distribution strategies 
    • Lead, coach and develop on property revenue teams, ensuring strong capability, engagement and succession planning 
    • Partner closely with General Managers and hotel leadership teams to provide commercial insight and influence key business decisions 
    • Implement and embed Hyatt’s global distribution strategy, growing profitable direct business while optimising intermediated channels 
    • Guide hotels on market positioning, forecasting and competitive strategy using robust analysis and disciplined execution 
    • Ensure effective use of revenue management systems, tools and data to support forecasting, pricing and performance tracking 
    • Lead and support weekly yield meetings, business reviews and performance discussions across the portfolio 
    • Review promotions, pricing strategies and performance trends, providing feedback and direction to continuously improve results 
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Global Hyatt teams to deliver integrated commercial strategies 
    • Support owner, regional and corporate meetings with clear reporting, insight and forward looking analysis 
    • Oversee annual budgeting, monthly reviews and cost control to ensure financial targets and ROI objectives are achieved

    About You 

    You are a commercially astute revenue management leader with significant experience in hotel revenue management, ideally across multi property or cluster environments. You bring a strong understanding of pricing strategy, distribution, revenue systems and analytics, combined with the ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders. 

    You thrive in complex, fast paced environments and balance strategic thinking with operational detail. Your leadership style is collaborative, credible and people focused, with a proven ability to build trust across hotel teams, owners and regional leadership. 

    Advanced Excel skills and experience working with revenue management systems are essential. You are fluent in English, with additional languages an advantage, and bring a genuine passion for hospitality and for developing others to be their best.
