    Product Marketing Manager

    Job Purpose

    Develop and execute marketing strategies that position products effectively in the market, drive consumer demand and deliver profitable growth by translating consumer insights into compelling to go market plans and activations.

    • Product Marketing Manager reports to Senior Product Marketing Manager   
    • Product team of 7 people

    • Innovation, NNS, market share growth and profit growth – over 1-3 years

    Key Accountabilities

    • Support execution of pipeline projects to deliver high quality product launches on time
    • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on consumer insights and market trends to build differentiated, compelling product narrative that drive consumer preference and loyalty
    • Lead the planning and execution of go to market strategies for product launches and renovations, ensuring timely and impactful execution to maximize market share and revenue growth 
    • Collaborate cross functionally to algin product plans and marketing initiatives, supporting seamless execution and business continuity
    • Monitor product performance through sales data, market share and consumer metrics providing insights and recommendations to adjust plans for optimal results and sustained brand health 
    • Support innovation gap analysis through conducting research and contributing to the pipeline with evidence-based proposals
    • Champion adherence to brand guidelines and product claims compliance, protecting brand integrity and ensuring consistent, trustworthy consumer experiences
    • Support hygiene factor projects, monitoring formula and pack upgrades and ensuring product execution meets consumer expectation
    • Influence stakeholders with compelling, data backed proposals to secure buy in and resources for key product initiatives, accelerating business results 

    Capabilities, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business (or a related field) or equivalent experience
    • Experience in innovation/product management marketing roles
    • Proven track record of successful product launches and market activations, with ability to translate innovative ideas into successful marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand strength.
    • Passion and enthusiasm for our brands, and general knowledge of global industry and trends.
    • Experience of category and our supply network preferential (but not essential).
    • Commercial understanding of product development and margin management.
    • Knowledge of the competitive set and retail environment
    • Excellent communication and story telling skills for influencing both internal and external stakeholders
    • Budget management skills and P&L understanding to optimise campaign spend
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities and measure success
