We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:

- Develop and utilise deep subject matter and research expertise to design and implement end-to-end healthcare pathways that ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal clinical outcomes, while effectively managing transitions between care settings.
- Manage and facilitate process of change in healthcare delivery, working alongside the transformation, operations, and other teams, ensuring stakeholder engagement and change is communicated effectively to minimise disruption and enhance adoption.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of developments in the UK and global healthcare ecosystem, leveraging knowledge to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for innovation in service delivery.
- Oversee and manage initiatives in priority condition areas, focusing on designing comprehensive strategies that enhance healthcare outcomes while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
- Act as business lead for non-clinician, non-facility healthcare supplier relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with external partners to support the delivery of healthcare journeys.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to report on the progress of initiatives, share insights, and foster collaboration, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational objectives.
