    Business Development Director

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Are results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

    Expenses Administrator

    A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

    • Maintain accurate records of driver expenses and purchase orders specific to the Driven Moves department
    • Ensure all financial documents are stored securely and are easily accessible for audits or internal reviews
    • Support drivers with queries related to expense submissions and remittance details
    • Identifying discrepancies and maintain precise records for expenses, purchase orders and invoices
    • Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution
    • Confidently use finance systems and tools for logging, tracking, and reporting
    • Responds flexibly to changing priorities, volumes of claims and urgent requests

    THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

    • Previous experience in Finance Analytics (processing expenses, purchase orders and invoices) is essential
    • Strong administrative skills, including running expenses reports and extracting data
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels - Verbal and written
    • Previous use of Oracle would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
    • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
    • IT literate - Microsoft packages
