A Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing food provisions, assisting with guest queries, and controlling costs.
You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen.
You enjoy leading the kitchen brigade to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly. You will support the Head Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
