    IWS Line Lead (18 Month FTC)

    Overview

    • To drive and own IWS Run-to-Target (RTT) deployments across all sites in the UK, building capability, and qualification where required, at all levels including Front Line Employees, Line Structure members, Site IWS Manager plus Site System Owners. Through Health Checks, provide governance and support to sites within UK and Region to support the sustain elements of IWS.
    • This is a remote position but will require two 3-months-long assignments in Skelmersdale and Coventry. 

    Responsibilities

    To drive and own Run-to-Target (RTT) deployment across the sites in the UK by building Capability in the site Line Leads to own their deployment by:

    • Ensure sites are not constrained due to the lack of knowledge.
    • Ensure the proper level of skills and qualifications at the sites.
    • Successfully deploy the loss elimination skill needed for the compelling business need (CBN).
    • Provide site leadership with a calibrated assessment of the integrated work system (IWS) implementation from a point of view of total integration of the Pillars.
    • Provide direct coaching to site leadership teams so they know what the next step is, why it is important, and how to achieve the next step.
    • Promote reapplication of approaches and techniques across the UK while ensuring the tools are being used according to the standard
    • Ensure IWS work is loss focused and targeted to delivering the CBN.

    Enable the deployment and execution of IWS across the UK by Deploying the initial RTT workstreams and building key Capability in the new site Process Lead (PL) and Maintenance Lead (ML) roles and supporting/coaching them post initial training:

    This is done by:

    • Ensure integrated work system (IWS) activities have a connection to loss elimination that will deliver the required compelling business need (CBN) results.
    • Coach IWS technologies and approaches in all Pillars and in on-the-floor activities.
    • Be the assessor of the integrated activity implementation and the standards calibrator with the leadership team.
    • Participate in all phase assessments to provide a calibrated and objective view.
    • Capture and disseminate current best practices worthy of reapplication.
    • Establish a contract with the site manager and the site IWS manager.
    • Develop capability in leadership teams and in the site IWS manager.
    • Coach and support the site SLT and Line Lead through the transformational change
    • Diagnose activities and identify technical know-how and organization behaviors that are barriers to implementation.
    • Provide feedback to leadership teams in such a way that it causes them to act.
    • Network with other business units (BUs) and external organizations for information-sharing purposes.
    • Share and receive learnings with and from other internal consultants (ICs) to foster global skill development.
    • Spend time on skill self-development.

    The Line Lead also needs to be able to Lead by example and work with the current site Snr Operations managers throughput the deployment of the RTT. They also need to:

    • Coach and support the BU Process Lead and Maintenance lead through the RTT
    • Set clear direction and ‘tone’ for the deployment during the 16 week RTT
    • Work with UK IWS Manager on their capability and feedback/question any issues that arise during the RTT directly with the UK IWS Manager
    • Evaluate and feedback on the Capability builds and the candidate readiness for certification post RTT
    • Support the BU Process and Maintenance Leads in their assessments of the site Leads
    • Be a Matrix Leader to the Site Line Leads post the RTT for any support required once they are deploying independently

    Qualifications

    • Strong prior experience in a manufacturing environment that uses IWS
    • Ability to influence site managers, site leadership teams, and directors as required
    • Led a team of FLE’s/Support Staff with proven track record of high performance and personal feedback
    • Ability to teach, coach, and develop others

    Asset Care Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Work with Maintenance Planners, Line Engineering Lead and Manufacturing Technicians to ensure all planned maintenance is completed
    • Provide additional reactive support to Shift Technicians/Operations teams, when required.
    • Create link with Controls System Specialist, Electrical Duty Holder, Reliability & Condition Monitoring Specialist to support completion of preventative work orders and in depth analysis countermeasures

    • Electrical Testing & Inspecting - City & Guilds 2391 holder would be an advantage

    Continuous Improvement and Training Manager

    Occupational Safety Sr Coordinator

    • In this role you will support the environmental, health and safety agenda, ensuring legal compliance through development and implementation of EHS systems at Beaumont Park.

    This includes:

    • Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation within the Corporate GEHSMS system.
    • Providing competent advice on all safety and environment related matters; and giving information, advice and coaching on relevant legislation and internal Safety Management systems.

    Admin Coordinator

    Overview

    • We’re on the lookout for a motivated, professional and confident Personal Assistant to join our UKBU team supporting the sales function.
    • The right candidate will be someone who is highly organised, able to manage multiple diaries and work in a busy and sometimes pressurised environment. You’ll be able stay calm under pressure and keep up in a fast paced office environment with a positive attitude and willingness to get involved.     Responsibilities

    • Diary Ownership: Diary management is an important part of this role, diaries are extremely busy and ever changing. You will need to be very comfortable with Outlook as well as being able to multi task, prioritise, negotiate and be persuasive.
    • Travel Arrangements: You’ll be responsible for organising all travel arrangements for your direct managers, which may include global travel and you will be expected to pull together detailed travel itineraries to specific manager requirements, sometimes across multiple time zones. As part of this, you will also be responsible for processing all expense claims on Concur for your managers.
    • Events Management: This will include setting up and arranging internal meetings and all the necessary equipment. Your responsibilities can vary from setting up a team meeting, to organising a whole function meeting/event. You are also expected to support the HQ events held at the Green Park office when support is requested.
    • Collaboration: you will work with a number of PA’s across the business and possibly sometimes across time zones, so you need to be able to work with different personalities and build strong relationships within this group.
    • Systems: You will use your IT skills to pull together presentations, raise Purchase Orders and put forward Managers’ expenses, so being comfortable with systems would be a distinct advantage.

    Qualifications

    • Previous PA experience in a busy environment is essential (reporting to more than one manager).
    • Ability to manage own workload, prioritise and think on your feet.
    • Great attention to detail (especially when checking documents & diaries).
    • Experience of co-ordinating and managing successful meetings and events.
