    Global Strategy Analyst – Beauty & Wellbeing

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Global B&W Strategy & Operations team partners closely with the Global B&W leadership team to drive outstanding multi-year performance. The team’s remit spans three pillars: Deliver (operations and innovation), Plan (business planning), and Shape (define multi-year strategy).

    This Business Analyst role supports the Senior Global Strategy Manager and Director predominantly in the Shape pillar — turning data and insight into powerful strategic recommendations on portfolio, geography, channel and operating models. You will play a central role in running analyses, building opportunity-sizing, and helping to craft executive-ready presentations that influence decisions at the highest level.

    You’ll gain exposure to global strategic projects shaping the future of Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio, as well as the opportunity work directly with senior stakeholders, including the Strategy Director and CMO. The role offers hands-on experience across data, strategy and communication in one of the world’s most dynamic categories.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Market and consumer data analysis and insight generation

    • Partner with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), Brand and Market teams to analyse and interpret consumer, market and competitor data
    • Lead quantitative analysis to support portfolio, channel and category strategy, including market sizing, trend forecasting, pricing and share modelling
    • Build and run models across market share, penetration, pricing, distribution and promotional effectiveness, leveraging both external sources (e.g. Euromonitor) and Unilever proprietary data
    • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, ensuring analytical rigour, consistency and version control across workstreams
    • Present your findings in clear, visually appealing charts and PowerPoint slides, with concise executive narratives

    Financial and opportunity sizing

    • Analyse large financial datasets, building models and assumptions to assess financial opportunities
    • Support robust opportunity sizing through multiple triangulation approaches
    • Collaborate with Finance to develop financial models and business cases, estimating revenue and cost implications

    Support on broader goals of Strategy & Operations Team

    • Support the Strategy & Operations team across key moments in the annual planning and strategy calendar
    • Contribute to the preparation of major internal and external events, conferences, and leadership forums
    • Support development of materials for strategy workshops, planning sessions and project gatekeeping reviews
    • Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive, can-do approach across ad hoc priorities

    ALL ABOUT YOU

    • You will likely have experience in consumer/market insights or analytics, financial management or marketing. This would either be within an FMCG or a market research agency/consultancy
    • You have a genuine curiosity about the beauty industry, consumers and market trends. Prior exposure to Beauty categories is a strong advantage.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, modelling, scenario analysis) and strong capability in PowerPoint (storytelling and presentation design).
    • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong numeracy and logical problem-solving skills
    • Flexible and agile – able to react quickly to shifting priorities, handle ambiguity, take on feedback and work in an iterative manner with senior leaders
    • A collaborative team player, able to build relationships across functions such as CMI, Finance, and Marketing.
    • Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Fluent in written and spoken business English

    Warehouse Operations Leader

    Role Context

    • Warehouse Cell Leader: owns conveyors, cranes and automation assets; governs the R2S technical processes for the cell and is accountable for equipment reliability.
    • Warehouse & Internal Logistics Leader (this role): leads the people and ensures adherence to R2S (CILs, CL, Tag entry), setting and holding the standard every shift.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Team & Ways of Working: lead, coach and develop; standardise SOPs/visual standards across crews.
    • R2S Support & Assurance: ensure CILs to standard; warehouse team participates in daily meetings; escalate via governance.
    • Safety & Zero Harm: challenge unsafe behaviours; verify RA/PTW/LOTOTO; lead SEWO RCA and preventative actions.
    • Purple Book (S507) Compliance: keep aerosol warehousing audit-ready; cage controls (EE-rated MHE, Ex-equipment) and aged-stock reviews.
    • Global Standards & 3PL: embed G306-02; verify Warehouse MMR (S3014); support Transport MMR (S3008); align with UPA/CTC.
    • Stock & Quality: inventory accuracy; manage aged/blocked/quarantine; traceability/recall readiness; QMS/GMP; QualityOne e-incidents (RCA/CAPA).
    • Performance & Governance: achieve SQSC&P targets; turn KPI trends into actions; run effective daily/weekly tiers.
    • Flow, Systems & Automation: assure accurate WMS transactions; remove constraints; keep AGVs/ASRS and data reliable with IT/OT (asset ownership sits with the Cell Leader).
    • Third-Party Management: Mitie/DHL/Linde/Stobarts—SLAs, service reviews, inductions/RAMS/permits.
    • BCP & Emergency: maintain warehouse BCP; participate in COMAH drills and learning reviews.
    • AI & Digital Safety: pilot proximity/computer-vision/YMS/telematics solutions; embed in Purple Book/G306-02; track KPI impact.

    What You’ll Bring (Essential)

    • Safety-first, visible floor leader; confident on Upper Tier COMAH (RA/PTW/LOTOTO).
    • R2S discipline: Ensure CIL routines and tier meeting cadence are maintained to uphold operational standards.
    • WMS in automated environments (AGVs/ASRS) integrated to ERP; SAP familiarity.
    • Data-driven with a track record of turning SQSC&P KPIs into sustained results.
    • Strong communication and partner influence.
    • Digital safety/quality tools (SEWO, Q-Kaizen/BuildApp) and RCA/CAPA leadership.
    • Contractor management competence for safe, compliant, cost-effective delivery.
    • Inventory control (counts, stocktakes, variance RCA, write-off prevention).
    • Warehouse QMS/GMP and traceability.
    • Demonstrates understanding of secure storage practices, zoning, and managing aged stock in a warehouse environment, with a willingness to learn and apply relevant industry standards.
    • Uses digital safety data (YMS/telematics/proximity, CCTV analytics, SEWO trends) to close gaps.

    Assistant Finance Business Partner Mirai

    JOB PURPOSE

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Main assistant FBP responsibilities will include

    • Programme financial governance: Manage financial aspects of the ERP implementation, in particular governing project spend in terms of actuals and forevast vs budget, capital vs expense, compliance to accounting rules and performance vs project KPIs.
    • Cost and benefit management: Support the FBPs with analysis on cost and benefit management vs the business case.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain stringent financial controls and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and project management team to ensure both project and future operating financials are understood and being carefully managed
    • Manage cost centre structures and any required cross charges
