    Customer Masterdata Analyst

    Who we’re looking for

    • The ideal candidate would have an understanding of Master Data practices or the ability to use SAP systems. The ability to use excel at an intermediate level is essential and being able to build relationships with stakeholders and other teams will also be important.

    Customer Development Executive - Herts

    About the role

    Reporting to the Customer Development Director, this exciting role covers the Hertfordshire region. You’ll be involved in dynamic collaboration with team members and influential stakeholders, and support the achievement of developing a profitable market share and increasing the availability & appeal of our brands to consumers. The core of the role focuses on driving incremental net distribution by retaining the current brand footprint and unlocking incremental opportunities, ensuring that our iconic beers and ciders find their way to consumers through the best pubs and bars in the region.

    The Customer Development Executive will activate key brand platforms, campaigns and events across relevant outlets in the patch. You’ll work closely with our national and indirect teams to deliver tactical activity in current accounts and help execute new opportunities.

    Relationships here are key and you’ll need to develop and maintain a high profile within your geography by building a strong network of customers and contacts with regular meetings to build a continuous pipeline of new opportunities. And, with quality never far from our minds, you’ll lead conversations with your customers to ensure that every consumer has an exceptional experience

    So, what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities;

    • Prioritising calls to strategically important accounts, spending time where maximum impact can be gained.
    • Sell our iconic brand propositions to outlet decision-makers with passion – ensuring alignment with the outlet type and brand positioning.
    • Identify appropriate outlets for marketing activity and deliver brilliant execution of promotional campaigns.

    Energy Sustainability Specialist

    About the role

    As the site Energy Sustainability Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing sustainability processes within the brewery. This includes overseeing utilities such as water, energy, and waste, while driving our carbon emissions reduction plans. You’ll have the chance to work on significant capital projects, contributing to meaningful, impactful changes and collaborating with various colleagues over investments made to enhance the brewing and production processes on site.

    As the specialist, you’ll act as the main mentor and expert on sustainability, working across various departments and engaging with stakeholders to embed sustainable practices into our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring compliance with environmental standards and local legislation.
    • Coordinating efforts to identify and reduce energy and water losses.

    Engineering Manager - Manchester Brewery

    About The Role

    This senior leadership role reports directly to the Site Director as part of the site Leadership Team. You will lead the Planned Maintenance (PM) Pillar and have direct line accountability for Utilities, Automation, CAPEX Projects, Engineering stores and the Area Maintenance Development Engineers (MDEs). You will implement engineering, maintenance, sustainability and digital strategy across the brewery.

    You will own and manage the CAPEX budget and Repair and Maintenance (R&M) for Utilities. You will work collaboratively with the Brewing and Packaging Manager and Maintenance Managers to ensure effective management of the wider Repair and Maintenance (R&M) budget. Building strong relationships with the brewery management team, cross-functional peers and our Supply Support Hub is crucial to your success.

    We expect supportive leadership over control. You will use your coaching and mentoring experience to create innovative ways to support your team to thrive and work more productively.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Lead safe working across engineering and maintenance, ensuring all activities meet HEINEKEN safety and sustainability standards
    • Develop and execute the local sustainability roadmap
    • Implement the engineering strategy for the brewery, including Planned Maintenance (PM) Pillar development and continuous improvement
    • Own and manage the CAPEX budget and Utilities Repair and Maintenance (R&M) budget, delivering projects on time, in full and within budget

    Customer Service Representative

    About the role:

    Reporting to the Logistics Key Account Manager this role will provide you with an opportunity to leverage your existing skills and develop in new areas providing a clear career path within Heineken in the UK. If you possess excellent customer-facing skills and are keen to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, this could be your role.

    You will work closely with On Trade customers within the On and Off Trade team to manage the order-to-delivery operation for a portfolio of accounts with substantial volume.
